Currently, we do not offer any pick-up service. However, you can use online transportation services or better
yet, ask our concierge to help you book a metered taxi.
We have 4 options available daily, and reservation is recommended. All our programs are suitable for guests
aged 4 and above. We also accommodate guests with physical and/or mental disability, so please inform us so
we can better assist you during your visit.
For guests looking for intimate moments with our resident dolphins, we suggest an in-water experience such
as Discovery program, or Discovery+ program if you prefer a VIP experience.
If you want to skip the showers, we suggest the Encounter to play & learn without entering the waters. Lastly
we recommend Explorer, if you’d like to enjoy the sunny day by the lounge with an English Afternoon Tea Set –
served by Ang Restaurant.Â
Yes and no. The Discovery program will bring you closer to swim and interact with the dolphins at close range
in our lagoon. Please note, we do not support activities such as riding dolphins, in line with our animal welfare
policy.
The Explorer program offers a unique experience where guests can enjoy refreshments at the lounge, with the
opportunity to meet dolphins. Please note that tickets are required to enter the park.
Outdoor, Bali Exotic Marine Park is an open zoo, and most activities take place outdoors.
All visitors with valid tickets are covered by insurance from Jasa Rahardja during their visit to Bali Exotic
Marine Park, including in the unlikely event of an accident involving dolphins.
For guests seeking intimate moments with our resident dolphins, we recommend the Discovery program for
in-water experiences. For a more exclusive experience, the Discovery+ program offers VIP services
At Bali Exotic Marine Park, 8 Dolphins call us home. Each group will be assigned a set capacity limit,
accompanied by one trainer and one educator. The session will proceed under their guidance to meet and
interact with one dolphin. Each session is limited to 6 participants (7 if there is a child aged 4-11) to ensure the
well-being of the dolphins and provide a comfortable experience for guests.
Yes, visitors with disabilities can participate in activities. However, we encourage you to contact us in advance
to discuss the most suitable activities for your condition.
Yes, you are allowed to bring cameras and similar devices for personal documentation. However, we restrict
the devices and you may not use them when entering the lagoon habitat for your own safety. See our animal
welfare policy for more info.

What are the operating hours for BEMP? Our park opens from 10.30 to 17.30 daily, 364 days a year. First session begins at 11.00 and the last one at 16.20. You can buy tickets online through our Official Webpage or Whatsapp and Instagram. You may also purchase your tickets on arrival in the ticket booth (subject to availability). Can I buy tickets on the same day that I wish to interact with the dolphins? Yes, but please note that tickets are subject to availability. Please call us at +62 853 3883 3678 to check session availability. Are there different prices for different days? No. Prices are fixed and remain unaffected throughout the year. What are the accepted modes of payment? We accept Visa and Mastercard on the website. More payment options are accepted in the Ticket Booth. This includes cash in any major currencies and credit/debit cards by Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Union Pay. Are tickets transferable? Tickets are transferable to another person, but you must inform us 24 hours in advance. Please view our complete Refund & Cancellation Policy. Are tickets refundable? No, all sales are final, and tickets sold are not refundable. Please view our complete Refund & Cancellation Policy. Will my Dolphin Interaction Program be affected by severe weather? Yes. Programs may be postponed or rescheduled due to severe weather. If rescheduling is no longer possible, you may transfer your ticket to another person, or have your ticket turned into a voucher for future visit. Is it possible to reschedule my visit to BEMP? Yes. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance and is subject to session availability. Alternatively, Ticket Transfer is also possible. No-shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount and no refunds. What should I do if I lose something? Please approach our friendly staff at the Front Desk Counter at L2 lobby or the Cashier Counter at L1 souvenir shop. BEMP is not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings. How early should I arrive before the program starts? Guests must arrive at the park on time to the scheduled session. You should be ready in your swim attire at least 10 minutes before your session begins. Any lateness will affect your session duration as stated in our Admission T&C. Are there any restaurants inside BEMP? Yes, Ang Restaurant at L2 lobby is open from 11.00 to 18.00 daily. The Restaurant serves Chinese heritage cuisine, featuring authentic dimsum bites, live seafood and various beverages. Kid-friendly finger foods are available at the Poolside Lounge too. Are there any gift shops in BEMP? Yes, there is. Traditional Balinese art & craft, official merchandise, apparels, souvenirs and photobooth can be found at the L1 exit of BEMPACTIVITY GUIDLINE
- Children are counted from 1 – 11 years old
- Infants under 1 year old are enjoys FREE park entry, but cannot participate in ANY activities.
- Children under 1m in height must be accompanied personally by an adult in the same program.
- BEMP grants Child Concession Tickets to children from 1 – 3 years old, which entitles the child to 30% off for Discovery & Encounter
- Children with the age of 1-5 years must be accompanied PERSONALLY by an adult in the same program
- Children with the age of 6-11 years must be accompanied by 1 adult in 1 group with the same program.
- The special price for Indonesian citizens applies only to Indonesian KTP holders, excluding KITAS / KITAP.Every guest aged 4 – 70 years old is covered by our public liability insurance, provided by Jasa Raharja Insurance.
