Terms of booking (Bahasa Indonesia)
  1. Pemesanan harus dilakukan selambat-lambatnya 1 hari sebelumnya.
  2. Tiket yang dibeli bersifat non-refundable.
  3. Pricelist WNI hanya berlaku khusus pada Warga Negara Indonesia.
  4. Semua pemesanan wajib melalui frontdesk Partner Company.
  5. Semua transaksi wajib disertai nota bukti pembayaran yang harusdiberikan ke tamu.
  6. Tamu wajib menunjukkan slip bukti pembayaran dari pihak partnercompany ke pihak reservasi Bali Exotic Marine Park.
  7. Pembayaran wajib dilunasi sebelum program kegiatan dimulai.
  8. Tamu dapat meminta reschedule sebanyak satu kali.
  9. Tamu dapat meminta status tiket menjadi open ticket yang berlakuselama 3 bulan sejak tanggal original yang tertera pada tiket.
Payment Policy (Bahasa Indonesia)
  1. Sesi program dikunci apabila melunasi DPsebesar 50% dari total.
  2. Jika melakukan Down Payment 50% makapelunasan harus dilakukan sebelum aktivitasdi lokasi pada hari kunjungan.
  3. Metode pembayaran yang disarankan adalahtransfer bank atau QRIS. Tunai dapatditerima juga.
Refund & Cancellation Policy (English)
  1. All ticket sales are final and not refundable.
  2. Tickets issued through vouchers or sold with promotional discounts are non refundable, regardless of the reasons.
  3. Package add-ons and upgrades can be done later on in our ticket booths.
  4. In the event of inclement weather such as storms and lightning, your session will be postponed but not cancelled. Hence, no refunds will be given*
  • Refund is only granted in the event where rescheduling and postponement is no longer possible. Additionally, the decision for rescheduling must be made by the Management.

i.e.: if your own personal schedule does not allow anymore postponement

  • Refund is also granted in the unlikely event of the destruction of our premise by natural disasters and acts of god.
  1. If for any reason you are unable to visit on the date as stated in your ticket, cancellation and refunds are not possible. However, you can still reschedule for another session. Alternatively, Ticket Transfer is possible. In that case, there must be consent from the original ticket-holder.
  2. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance of your original ticket via email or phone call and are subject to session availability.

  1. No-shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount and no refund whatsoever will be given.
  2. The Management of Bali Exotic Marine Park reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Dolphin Interaction Programme schedules without prior notice for reasons such as severe weather and animal well-being.
  3. In the best interest of animal welfare, The Management’s decision for session postponement is final and incontestable.
  4. By purchasing through any of our ticketing channels, and participating in our activities, you hereby acknowledge that you have understood and are willing to comply with all of our terms, conditions, and policies.

SYARAT & KEBIJAKAN REFUND – BAHASA INDONESIA
  1. Semua penjualan tiket bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan.
  2. Tiket yang dibeli dengan promosi, seperti diskon, buy 1 get 1, kupon voucher, dan lain lain tidak dapat dikembalikan dengan alasan apapun.
  3. Paket add-on dan upgrade dapat dilakukan nanti di loket tiket kami.
  4. Jika terjadi cuaca buruk seperti badai dan kilat, sesi Anda akan ditunda tetapi tidak dibatalkan. Oleh karena itu, tidak ada pengembalian uang yang akan diberikan*
  • Pengembalian dana hanya diberikan jika penjadwalan ulang dan penundaan tidak memungkinkan lagi. Selain itu, keputusan untuk penjadwalan ulang harus dibuat oleh Manajemen.

  • Pengembalian dana juga diberikan jika terjadi penghancuran tempat kami oleh bencana alam dan tindakan Tuhan yang tidak mungkin terjadi.
  1. Seandainya Anda tidak dapat berkunjung pada tanggal yang tercantum dalam tiket Anda, pembatalan dan pengembalian uang tidak dapat dilakukan. Namun, Anda masih dapat menjadwal ulang untuk sesi lain. Atau, Transfer Tiket dimungkinkan. Dalam hal ini, harus ada persetujuan dari pemegang tiket asli.
  2. Penjadwalan ulang harus dilakukan 24 jam sebelum tiket asli Anda melalui email atau panggilan telepon dan tergantung pada ketersediaan sesi.
  3. Ketidakhadiran dikenakan biaya 100% dari jumlah reservasi mereka dan tidak ada pengembalian uang apa pun yang akan diberikan.
  4. Pengelola Bali Exotic Marine Park berhak untuk membatalkan atau menunda jadwal Program Dolphin Interaction tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya dengan alasan seperti cuaca buruk, kesehatan hewan dan keselamatan tamu.
  5. Demi kepentingan terbaik kesejahteraan hewan, keputusan Manajemen untuk penundaan sesi adalah final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
  6. Dengan membeli tiket melalui kanal penjualan kami, dan berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas kami, Anda dengan ini menyatakan bahwa Anda telah memahami dan bersedia untuk mematuhi semua syarat, ketentuan, dan kebijakan kami.
