Please kindly follow our general park rules and regulations at all time for your own and for the safety of our beloved animals.

Parking Instructions

• Free parking available, please follow instructions from our security personnel.

Arrival and Registration

• Please arrive on time for registration and briefing.
• Register at the L2 Main Lobby, our hosts will guide you to the dolphin pool area.

Dolphin Pool Guidelines

• Do not approach the dolphin pool or touch dolphins without direct approval from trainers.

Booking Information

• Same-day website bookings are subject to availability
• BEMP reserves the right to adjust the schedule or session.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to confirm the booking via Whatsapp at +62 853-3883-3678.

Photography and Safety

• Only smartphone cameras allowed for everyone’s safety and comfort.
• Pregnant women and those on their period cannot participate in the Discovery Program
• People with special needs must inform our staff and be accompanied by an adult
• Inform us of disabilities for better assistance.

Program Guidelines

• Children are counted from 1 – 11 years old
• Infants under 1 year old are enjoys FREE park entry, but cannot participate in ANY activities.
• Children under 1m in height must be accompanied personally by an adult in the same program.
• BEMP grants Child Concession Tickets to children from 1 – 3 years old, which entitles the child to 30% off for Discovery & Encounter
• Children with the age of 1-5 years must be accompanied PERSONALLY by an adult in the same program
• Children with the age of 6-11 years must be accompanied by 1 adult in 1 group with the same program.
• The special price for Indonesian citizens applies only to Indonesian KTP holders, excluding KITAS / KITAP.

Pedoman Kolam Lumba-lumba

• Jangan mendekati kolam lumba-lumba atau menyentuh lumba-lumba tanpa persetujuan langsung dari pelatih.

Informasi Pemesanan

• Pemesanan situs web pada hari yang sama tergantung pada ketersediaan
• BEMP berhak melakukan penyesuaian jadwal atau sesi.
• Para tamu sangat dianjurkan untuk melakukan konfirmasi pemesanan melalui Whatsapp di +62 853-3883-3678.

Fotografi dan Keamanan

• Hanya kamera ponsel pintar yang diperbolehkan demi keamanan dan kenyamanan semua orang.
• Wanita hamil dan mereka yang sedang menstruasi tidak dapat berpartisipasi dalam Program Discovery
• Orang dengan kebutuhan khusus harus memberi tahu staf kami dan didampingi oleh orang dewasa
• Beritahu kami tentang disabilitas untuk bantuan yang lebih baik.

Pedoman Program

• Anak-anak dihitung dari usia 1 – 11 tahun
• Bayi di bawah 1 tahun dapat menikmati tiket masuk taman GRATIS, namun tidak dapat berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas APAPUN.
• Anak-anak dengan tinggi badan di bawah 1m harus didampingi secara pribadi oleh orang dewasa dalam program yang sama.
• BEMP memberikan Tiket Konsesi Anak kepada anak-anak berusia 1 – 3 tahun, yang memberikan anak tersebut diskon 30% untuk Discovery & Encounter
• Anak-anak usia 1-5 tahun harus didampingi SECARA PRIBADI oleh orang dewasa dalam program yang sama
• Anak-anak usia 6-11 tahun harus didampingi oleh 1 orang dewasa dalam 1 rombongan dengan program yang sama.
• Harga spesial WNI hanya berlaku bagi pemegang KTP Indonesia, tidak termasuk KITAS / KITAP.

In the event of violation of the above mentioned park rules your interaction or therapy program may be terminated by our responsible management without payment refund!

Please help us keep our park clean – do NOT dump trash in our pools nor in our park area.
