Gathering Staff Activities held at Bali Exotic Marine Park
For our staff, there were around 60 (a mix of staff and daily workers) who participated in this Gathering Staff. The Gathering Staff which was held on January 15, 2025, aimed to strengthen team relationships and put the team in the right frame of mind and in line to handle the Company together.
When conducting the Gathering Staff, we played several teamwork games and increased knowledge about BEMP. Where it is known that BEMP is a place for education and conservation of Bali dolphins which provides a lot of knowledge and benefits to protect the marine mammal environment and the beach which is inhabited by thousands of fauna and flora living creatures.
All staff and daily workers who participated in this gathering event were carried out with joy and enthusiasm with the team. This is the purpose of our Gathering Staff to fulfill Staff entertainment and also provide insight into BEMP Conservation which is carried out every day so as to produce prizes and big principal for all.
The types of games that are played together include;
- Trivia Challenge
- Squid Game (Turn the Propeller)
- Tug of War
- Roll the Bottle Game
After having an exciting game session with employees, the next most awaited activity is eating together and closing with a message of impressions. With the success of this Gathering Staff activity, of course we are very happy and satisfied with the success over the past 5 years of the establishment of Bali Exotic Marine Park.
